Brand Cialis is a popular drug used to treat erectile dysfunction. It is similar to Viagra and Levitra. It is manufactured and marketed by Eli Lilly and Co.

How does it work?

The drug begins to work with sexual arousal. Relaxation of the smooth muscles of the arteries leads to an increase in blood flow to the cavernous bodies of the penis. As a result, an erection occurs.
